Please note that we do not cancel or refund orders.
However, a customer is allowed to exchange an item if it is defective, damaged, or of the wrong size. Email email@example.com to request for an exchange.
Items will be eligible for exchange if they are returned unwashed, unworn, and in acceptable condition.
Tags have to be intact and a copy of the Official Receipt must be included.
Exchange orders will be processed once we have sent an Exchange Order email to the customer and shipped within 5 business days (domestic) and 10 business days (international). However, for items that are out of stock and have to be reproduced, the delivery time for the exchange order may take 15 business days (domestic) and 25 business days (international), as most of our products are handmade.

However, please note that exchanges will no longer be accepted 5 business days after receipt of the item you ordered.
The customer is required to bear shipping charges to and from our mailing address in the Philippines in case of size exchange.
If you are shipping an item over Php 2,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
