Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. There is no guaranteed delivery time and there are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the next business day.

Orders of multiple items may ship in multiple packages.

Sari Lazaro cannot be held responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.

 

Domestic Orders
Allow 3 business days for delivery within Metro Manila and 5 business days for delivery outside Metro Manila.

We ship domestic orders via LBC or Ninja Van and all shipping fees are care of the customer. For security reasons, we require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

 

International Orders
Allow 5-10 business days for delivery to other countries. Please email sales@sarilazaro.com to find out if we ship to your country.

We ship international orders via DHL. All our products are priced in Philippine pesos so we provide an online conversion table for international customers to know the US$ or Euro equivalent of their transaction on the date of purchase. The total transaction amount is fully inclusive of the delivery to the specified international delivery address but all customs duties, clearance fees, and other government fees at point of delivery are care of the customer.

The customer is responsible for assuring that any products ordered comply with your respective country, state, or federal government regulations. Sari Lazaro cannot be held responsible for any non-compliance with any and all government regulations.

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Shipping Details
We advise you to provide complete and correct shipping details for the courier to easily locate your delivery address. We will notify you immediately in case of delivery delays.
